职责概述：1. 配合季节主题、品牌形象、销售策略、节日等要求，负责制定店铺陈列形象的策划、管理及执行规范的督导。2.根据新品上市企划主题及流行趋势，设计制作主题橱窗和卖场陈列标准，帮助提升销售并提升用户的店铺体验；3.陈列展示方案的设计与制作、扩散与反馈改进；4.完善店铺员工进行陈列搭配工作,传播专业知识及指导。对店铺销售人员进行陈列的指导工作，对全国店铺陈列进行统筹及管理工作。5.负责品牌的陈列道具研发创意工作，落实道具的制作及质量监控。6.参与店铺室内空间设计研讨，规划产品视觉陈列、人流动线等视觉需求建议。任职要求：1.本科以上，3年以上时尚知名家居品牌陈列培训及搭配工作经验，视觉设计专业优先；2.精通陈列技巧和色彩组合搭配，对图形色彩、时尚信息敏锐；3.热爱陈列，对陈列趋势有见解，可独立进行橱窗、卖场陈列设计； 4.具备独立执行操作能力，能制定活动方案，善于沟通，执行力强。
