ob Description Join our ERP Cloud team and you will have the opportunity to sell while enthusiastically promising your clients increased agility, insightful decision-making, greater productivity, and lower costs. Oracle's ERP Cloud solutions are designed to make any business smarter and faster. Responsibilities?Establish deep, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts?Lead account planning process that develops account strategy, financial targets, and critical annual milestones?Lead and manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre Sales Consultants, Oracle Consulting, Executives, and Partners ?Define appropriate ERP value propositions and drive implementation of sales and marketing campaigns?Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Oracle ERP Cloud offerings?Develop pipeline through a combination of phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence?Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s)?Engage with prospect organizations to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data?Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation?Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue deliveryRequired Skills ?Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths?Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and addressing the customer's pain points?Ability to quickly develop deep knowledge of customer's business and discuss issues from multiple angles?Understand the decision making process and able to influence key decision makers?Experience selling software solutions and/or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies?Ability to engage and sell to C-level and other senior executives or IT Directors ?Experience within financial services preferred?Fluency in English mandatory
