具体岗位描述:

Basic Responsibilities基本职责1.Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EHS policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.
严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定,执行公司EHS政策,在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范,
以防事故发生。
2.Fully Compliance with UTC Ethics Business Practices requirements.
完全符合UTC道德规范认知要求。
3.Strictly compliance with Act SOX404 requirements.
严格遵守美国SOX404法案要求。
4.According the policy of company, oversea sales procedure, related product manual and technical data, promote and sell the products to oversea Otis. Negotiate the technical items and business requirement of the project. Confirm the technical specification with customer when negotiate the projects. Collect market information as well as do market analysis.
依据公司政策、海外销售的相关程序、相关产品手册和技术资料的有关规定,进行海外公司间的产品推广,宣传和销售,对项目进行技术和商务洽谈;对售前的技术规格进行确认。市场信息的收集和分析,。
5.Develop and manage customer relationship, set up favorable business cooperation and strive for steady and high quality customers.
客户发展和管理,建立良好的业务关系, 为公司争取稳定和高质量的客户群。
6.Respond business and technical query, accept new oversea inquiries.
回复商业和技术查询,接受国外询盘。
7.Manage and List the technical, lead-time and non - routine business contents of the projects in a timely manner, co-ordinate and submit to the relevant personnel for processing and auditing.
项目中有关技术、交货及商务非常规的内容及时列出并统筹安排分别提交相关人员进行处理与评审。
8.Estimate the new enquiry and negotiate the price , maximize profits while ensuring the success rate of the project and price accuracy
新梯核价和价格谈判,为公司争取最大利润同时确保项目的成功率和价格准确性。
9.Negotiate the business and sign the contract, include the terms of payment and shipment mode, etc.
商务谈判和合同签订。包括付款条款、运输方式等。
10.When negotiate projects, coordinate overseas customers and related departments to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and success of all aspects of overseas orders.
在销售前项目洽谈过程中,协调海外客户和中国区各工厂、各相关部门,确保海外定单各环节的准确性、及时性和成功性。
11.Finish the application procedure for the special components if any, to ensure the contract quality and schedule.
对需特殊申报的部件需及时作好申报工作,以确保合同质量和如期履行。
12.Responsible for promoting products and new sales tools to oversea market to increase market share.
负责新产品和销售工具的海外推广,提高市场份额
13.Dedicate to customer satisfaction improvement.
致力于提高海外客户满意度。

Qualifications任职资格1.Education Certification教育背景和专业资格
Bachelor degree or above, familiar with international business course priority.
大学本科以上,国际贸易专业优先。
2.Experience工作经验
1 year or above experiences in foreign trade .
最少1年外贸业务经验 。
3.Knowledge专业知识
Proficient in windows office software.
熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件。
CET 4 and proficient in writing and speaking English.
能用中英文书写与口语流利沟通。大学英语4级
