具体岗位描述:

Basic Accountabilities:1. Recruitment: Daily manage and maintain the recruitment channels, sorting CV, telephone interview, and liaison with hiring department.2. Assist employee communication, such as town-hall meeting, newsletter, poster employee survey etc.3. Training administration, Teda University daily operation, website maintenance, training log, record key-in.4. Recognition program: thumb-up, extra-mile, recognition ambassador management, recognition communication letter etc.5. Support HR manager in other daily routine work and projects.Qualification Requirement:1. Education: Bachelor degree or above.2. Experience: More than 3 years’ experience. Manufactory environment working experience or experiences in diversified culture will be a plus.3. Language: Good capability to communicate in English.4. Skilled in MS Office and related software, such as PPT.5. Familiar with Labor Law and related regulations.
