工作要求Job Requirements1. 熟悉MS Office软件和注塑专业知识；Good knowledge of MS office and injection molding process;2. 良好的英语听说读写； Good command Both Oral and written English skill;3. 熟悉TS16949及ISO18000体系；Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;4. 良好的解决问题以及人际交往能力 。Good problem solving, interpersonal skills.岗位职责Job Responsibility1. 主导注塑团队对工厂运作的支持；Lead the molding team to support company operations;2. 整个注塑车间生产日常操作管理；Manage the whole routine of molding production;3. 保证注塑生产的准确性，即与公司及客户要求一致；Ensure the molding production accuracy data consistency between physical requirements from customer and internal company.4. 建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，培训出色的技术团队；Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment motivate the team member and set up skill training;5. 拥有良好的注塑技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化；Have the relevant molding skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;6. 精益生产的实施。Lean manufacturing implementation. 7. 确保所负责区域的产能，质量，安全，环境等符合公司需求；Ensure the molding capacity, quality, safety and environments meet company’s target.8. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
