岗位描述：
1、负责焊接工艺开发及技术管理、负责处理现场技术问题；
2、负责焊接项目计划编制，并组织、参与焊接工艺评定、编制焊接项目所需各类工艺文件；
3、负责工装试模件的确认、负责产品制造过程中与客户进行沟通；
4、协助外协部门解决生产和采购过程中的技术问题。
任职资格：
1、焊接工艺与设备、材料成型等焊接相关专业，国家统招本科或以上学历；
2、熟知多种材料、复杂结构组件，高质量气保焊、激光焊接技术要领；
3、熟悉焊接、机加工工艺设计，熟练使用SolidWorks、CAD、OFFICE等办公软件；
4、具有3年以上焊接产品设计、工艺设计等相关工作经验；
5、了解EN/DIN/GB有关焊接标准及其他质量管理体系标准；
6、有航空航天企业工作经验者优先，IWE优先。
