岗位职责1、熟练使用旺旺、咚咚、当当等在线聊天工具，做好日常售前、售后等相关服务接待；2、了解顾客的需求，专业的为顾客介绍并推荐店铺商品，协助顾客准确的找到合适的商品，并促成订单；3、对日常的工作问题做好记录，并将问题进行分类处理；4、ERP系统发货单据处理。5、协助仓库发货。任职资格1、应届毕业生或有相关工作经验者优先；2、熟悉京东或淘宝打单点发货操作，了解京东或淘宝相关规则，懂电商术语；3、敢于当众通过电话与快递及客户沟通解决问题；4、有上进心，对自己有要求。
