- 评估流程、进行/改进测量并解释数据，以发现需要改进的领域（统计过程控制、统计学...）Evaluate processes, conduct/improve measurements and interpret data to identify areas for improvement (statistical process control, statistics...)
- 在确保符合安全和质量标准的同时，进行测试，更新系统/流程和程序Conduct ****s and update systems/processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- 发展最佳实践、日常活动和创新解决方案，提高生产率、产出质量和降低成本Develop best practices, day-to-day activities and innovative solutions to improve productivity, quality of output and reduce costs
- 参与日常的热轧质量问题分析处理，持续优化工艺Participate in the daily analysis and treatment of hot rolling quality problems, and continue to optimize the process
- 与瓦卢瑞克工艺协会联系，跟踪行动计划Responsible for communication with Vallourec process experts, and the follow-up of the PC action plan
- 参与技术中心领导的产品工业化计划Participate the industrialization projects leading by technical centre
- 跟踪并分析工具及工艺耗材的使用情况，设计工艺装备并负责工艺工装的验证和改进工作，通过不断优化或改进工具来提高成品质量并降低生产成本Track and analyze the usage of tools and process consumables, design and be responsible for the validation and improvement of process tooling, improve the quality and reduce production costs through continuous optimization or improvement of tools
- 协助人力资源部搞好和轧制工艺相关的技术教育及培训Assist HR department in technical education and training related to rolling process
- 组织现场工艺员搞好工艺管理，监督执行工艺纪律Organize the technologist to manage the process, supervise the execution of the process discipline
- 组织进行年度热轧设备中心线校准Organize the annual center line calibration of hot rolling equipment
- 上级交代的其它任务 Other responsibilities assigned by superior

3. 能力资质要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements:
1）教育背景Education:
本科文凭及以上学历，金属材料/机械类专业。Bachelor's degree at least, major in metal material science/mechanical related
2）经验 Experience:
最好是在生产、工艺管理的工作经验，在钢铁工业里有相似工作经历或实习经历。Prefer work experience in production, technology management， Proven work or internship experience in a similar position in the steel industry.
3）知识及培训要求Knowledge & Training:
熟练使用 OFFICE软件，数据分析熟练应用尤佳。Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis
4） 语言要求Language requirement：
可以和欧洲专家直接交流。Could use English communication with European experts.
语对话和写作 basic spoken and written English
5）能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement：
对所从事的行业有了解 Has the knowledge of this industry
良好的沟通能力 good communication skills
